We are a computer consulting firm that focuses on supporting small businesses. We are a small firm with less than 10 employees who service the entire Bay Area. We are our client’s IT department. Their employees call us for all help and we advise our clients on how to best spend their technology budgets.
Our business started in 1998 as a sole proprietorship dba PC Aid. Our continued growth led us to incorporate as Selerum in 2003. Over the years we have built a customer base solely through word of mouth. We work with about 150 different clients in a year and around 60 every month.
We primarily service the Bay Area. Our goal is to deliver localized support to all of our clients with a focus on person-to-person relationships coupled with strong centralized support.
